CBDxr manufactures products made from industrial hemp in Colorado, and sells and distributes them to all states based on the Farm Bill (Agricultural Act of 2014) and the Industrial Hemp Regulatory Program C.R.S. 35-61-101.
We would like to point out that every state has its own set of regulations regarding hemp/cannabis laws. We advise you to do your own research on specific states and their rules and regulations. You can start by taking a look at medicalmarijuana.procon.org.
Many drug testing organizations have now started to remove CBD from their list of banned substances. For example, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) responsible for overseeing drug testing in the Olympics, has taken out CBD from its banned substance list. Moreover, the United States Anti-Doping Agency has agreed to allow the use of CBD from natural resources starting next year. However, the use of synthetic cannabis and THC-rich cannabis is still banned.
Generally speaking, there is no significant difference between CBD derived from hemp or marijuana.
However, in order to fully understand potential differences that could exist between the products, we should always consider the source of the CBD. Hemp and Marijuana are essentially different versions of the same plant: the Cannabis Sativa L. plant.
Hemp is a commercially harvested cannabis plant, mainly used for its seeds and stalks. It is used in the production of food, medicine, nutritional supplements, body care products, textiles, building materials, paper, plastic composites, biofuels, and various other products. Hemp doesn’t need to be sprayed with any herbicides or pesticides, and can grow up to 2-4 meters tall.
For a cannabis plant to be legally recognized as hemp, it must have a maximum amount of 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per dry weight. The concentration of THC in hemp is 33x less than in marijuana, so it is not really possible for a hemp user to “get high”.
Marijuana, on the other hand, is a cannabis plant that’s grown and used for its psychoactive properties many people use to ‘get high’ or stoned. The stalks and fibers of this plant are not suitable for commercial use. Instead, marijuana is grown especially for its flowers, which contain the highest amount of THC in the entire plant.
Marijuana plants usually have more flowers or buds per plant, and are typically bushier than hemp plants, which are taller and less bushy. Some varieties of marijuana can also contain over 10-30% of THC concentrations, due to selective breeding.
However, the marijuana plant naturally has lower levels of CBD compared to THC. Hemp naturally contains a higher concentration of cannabidiol (CBD), unlike marijuana. CBD is non-psychoactive and won’t result in a high, which means that it is safe for use by anyone.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is found in high concentration in our products. However, there are numerous cannabinoids found in hemp, and they all have their own benefits according to studies and researches. This is why we choose to make all our products with full-spectrum Hemp Oil, which includes all of the cannabinoids found in the plant, so our customers don’t miss out on any of the benefits.
Along with containing all these different cannabinoids, Hemp Oil is also a great source of essential vitamins, Omega fatty acids, minerals, flavonoids, chlorophyll and terpenes.
All classes of cannabinoid are derived from the cannabinoid cannabigerol (CBG) on a molecular level. Cannabinoids are transformed from their original acid forms by decarboxylation through heat, light, or alkaline conditions. This lets them fully interact with the endocannabinoid system.
Our main objective is to remove inconsistency in dosing by providing our customers with superior quality, consistent, and pharmaceutical grade products.
We grow carefully selected stains, and then infuse, formulate, produce, and package the product on location, keeping a strict check on the production process to ensure quality.
Our products contain 100% organic hemp obtained from handpicked farmers in Colorado. These farmers grow the plant without the use of any pesticides or fertilizers.
After we extract the oil from the plant, we use it to create unique formulations that provide the highest bioavailability compared to our competitors.
Our products are manufactured in the United States, using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This ensures that CBDxr products always contain Hemp Oil in every dose for optimal effects.
Our products stand out from others because they are highly safe. The safety ratio is determined as a ratio of when the patient goes through adverse effects instead of beneficial. And ours is greater than 1,000 times.
Our recommendation for dosing is between the range of 0.4mg/kg/day to 2mg/kg/day, but a person’s body weight and degree of pain should be considered as the important factors when considering the amount of material to be ingested to see positive results. Twice a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner is average. It is our suggestion that the patient should experiment a bit and decide what works for them. For increased effectiveness, ingestion of up to 8 35mg caplets per day can be recommended. Afterwards, the user should reduce dosage to maintain health benefits.
The main difference between the two is that our RAPID sublingual tablets dissolve quickly and affects immediately, while the DAILY product provides sustained relief, and comes in the form of a softgel. We can also put higher dosages of Hemp Oil in the gel because of the way it’s made.
According to our preclinical and human anecdotal studies, 35mg is the least amount required to provide relief.
We procure our hemp from carefully selected organic farmers in Colorado. These plants are further handpicked for extraction.
Moreover, we only select flowers from female plants, because they are richer in Hemp Oil. We also thoroughly question our farmers to ensure the highest quality.
Each step of our manufacturing process, whether it’s the process of sourcing the plant, processing it or manufacturing it, is quality controlled just like a pharmaceutical drug.
This ensures that when patients use our product they can be sure that each dose consists of the described quantity of Hemp Oil. Moreover, our delivery system and formulations provide the highest possible bioavailability.
Yes. Our products go through vigorous testing to ensure that the amount of Hemp Oil is consistent in each dose with respect to CBD and THC content.
Our manufacturing process guarantees that there are no residual solvents, pesticides, fertilizers, or heavy metals found in the products. These test results can be supplied upon request.
Do keep in mind that the product formulation is a trade secret.
Currently, we provide small sample packs, and larger sample packs that contain both products. However, please do refer to the dosing question above, because the sample packets may not be sufficient and/or suitable for all patients. That is why we recommend buying a bottle.
We are also working on providing a smaller count to aid patients in exploring the product at a cheaper price.
CBDxr is working with several universities and organizations in planning for future clinical trials. These trials will help in refining the dosage even further for both indications and optimization of different parts of the hemp plant for disease treatments.
